(A wonderful letter of thanks, one of the beautiful places we have the honor of staying at during our tours)

I recently had the great pleasure of staying at Ramat Rachel for six nights (17-June to 23-June), with the Zion’s Watchmen group led by John Somerville and David Simmons. I would like to take this opportunity to provide you with feedback on some particulars of my visit.

My room was modern, clean, comfortable, and extremely practical in its layout.

I did not have a chance to use the fitness center, but the swimming pool was refreshing; what a treat it was to actually be able to lap swim at a hotel pool.

The food in your restaurant was flavorful, and there was generally a good variety of foods from which to choose.

I loved hearing the sounds of various wedding celebrations that took place on the grounds during our stay.

I was treated courteously by all of the hotel staff with whom I had contact. Specific individuals who stand out in my memory:
Amir at the front desk, who found a way to repair my sunglasses, which were coming apart
The woman (I can’t recall her name) who checked off our room numbers each morning upon entering the dining area – she was so cheerful and kind
The young woman working behind the bar on Tuesday evening – she was very helpful and friendly

Thank you for providing our group with a comfortable base of operations during our stay in Jerusalem. I would certainly like to stay with you again in the future.

Todah Rabah!
